The Japan-America Society of Tennessee, Inc. (JAST) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Nashville, TN, dedicated to fostering robust bilateral relationships between Tennessee and Japan. Since its establishment in 2000, JAST has developed a comprehensive portfolio of business, cultural, and educational programs designed to strengthen economic ties and promote mutual understanding between Japanese and American communities. The organization serves as a vital bridge for professionals and organizations seeking to expand their networks and business opportunities across both regions. JAST's business initiatives include the annual Tennessee-Japan Forum, the prestigious Mitsui Lecture Series, and the Southeast U.S.-Japan Annual Joint Meeting, which convene thought leaders and corporate partners to discuss economic collaboration and market opportunities. The Women's Leadership Forum and Networking Luncheon provide targeted professional development and relationship-building opportunities for female executives and entrepreneurs.
